Warehouse Fulfillment Person
Location: Head Office. Hillington Industrial Estate, G52 4PX (Full Time/Permanent)
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce and Hillington Store Manager, we are looking for an experienced warehouse person to join our growing eCommerce team. As a Warehouse Fulfillment person your primary focus will be organising and dispatching all online orders, liaising with our existing warehouse and delivery teams to fulfil orders on time and taking the lead on dispatching customer sample orders.
The right candidate with have the drive and attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive a first class service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and storing of stock in our warehouse efficiently and effectively, helping our existing warehouse person
- Accurately organise and sort customer orders ensuring a high level of attention to detail ready for delivery
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment with stock organisation
- Processing and unloading supplier deliveries
- Conducting stock checks, including our samples stock, ensuring this is done efficiently, accurately, and that stock levels are maintained
- Ensuring all sample orders are packed to established standards and despatched on time
- Liaising with our delivery drivers and other departments to organise fulfilment of online orders on time
- Manage the collection, processing and return of damaged items
- Will be working as part of the eCommerce team in midweek and take on a weekend shift in our Hillington store to help retail staff with customer purchases
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment
- Strong IT capability
- Strong communication and good written English
- Comfortable working individually, but also as part of a team
- Experience with eCommerce CMS systems - such as Shopify etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- A can-do attitude is essential, as is an ability to work efficiently, and multi-task
- Problem solving skills
- You will need to be physically fit and able to lift 20kg+
- Must have a driving licence
- 2-3 years experience with a forklift preferably
