WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT DELIVERING TO NORTHERN IRELAND
We are accepting and fulfilling orders as usual at Wet Walls & Ceilings, but please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched due to the current high order volume, there may however be additional delays due to the current lockdown measures put in place across the country. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are doing everything we can to deliver our orders to your doorstep in the safest possible way.
For orders within the Central Belt of Scotland and surrounding areas we use our own dedicated delivery vans. Orders to England & Wales addresses are also delivered by our own dedicated delivery van, and our drivers will notify you in advance of their arrival by telephone following on from an order fulfilment email being sent to your inbox [Please check your spam or junk folder just incase].
Please note: Deliveries to England & Wales are currently once a week over a period of three days via our own dedicated van. Contact us at 0141 882 8275 to discuss dispatch times.
Our panels are large, and while robust, they can be easily damaged if they are not handled or stored correctly. Please store your order flat and do not place anything on top of them. We advise customers not to book any fitters until your order has arrived as Wet Walls & Ceilings is not responsible for any financial losses due to rescheduling fitters due to delivery times.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
* We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including Sale, Black Friday, Christmas etc.) deliveries may take a little longer. During spells of bad weather, conditions may mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.

Please keep in mind that our Customer Services team are extremely busy both in-store and online, but they will respond to your queries as soon as they can. We appreciate you bearing with us in this especially busy period.
To return your order, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are damaged during transit or are faulty, in which case we will look to send replacements if reported within notice period. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. You can return your unopened packs to us within 100 days of purchase. Package Deals must be returned in full as no part-return will be accepted. Terms & Conditions apply.

Alternatively, we can arrange for collection and the cost will be deducted from any refund that you are due. The collection cost is currently priced at £35.00. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the order for transit and if the order is returned damaged - without prior notification from the customer - then the cost of the damaged items will be deducted from your refund.
The goods will only be deemed returned when actually received by Wet Walls & Ceilings at the above address. Alternatively, items can also be returned in person to any Wet Walls & Ceilings showroom with valid proof of purchase.
Please note: Samples and Bespoke products are non-returnable.

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code [sent automatically when placing the order] we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
