Click & Collect
Collection of your Click & Collect order will usually be available as early as one hour after you have placed your order. Occasionally this could take a little longer so please make sure that you have received your confirmation email that your order is ready before visiting your local store to collect.
When you arrive for your collection, please ensure you wear a face covering in store when collecting your order. Our collection times may be a bit longer at the minute due to customer demand but we aim to have your order ready to collect within 1 working hour.
Our main Click & Collect depot is in Hillington, where you can collect all products.
Please do not travel to the store until you have received confirmation that your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect orders can be placed and collected 7 days a week in line with their opening hours.
When collecting your order please make sure you bring your valid Photo ID and your order confirmation email. If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order, we will require your authorisation beforehand otherwise your order won't be released.
Orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being cancelled and we will issue a refund.
On the rare occasion items may be discovered damaged or missing after an order has been placed. If this occurs we will contact you to arrange a replacement item or a refund.
