We live in unprecedented times as we are faced with a global threat due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic right now. Our team are closely observing and considering the impact it has taken, not only on our team and their families, but also on our customers.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the countless individuals that are sick, scared, shutting down their businesses and livelihood, losing jobs, and trying to work through the unknown to find a path that goes forward. We trust and hope that our leaders and experts can unite to overcome this pandemic and come out stronger for it.

As the health crisis continues, we want to share an update on the steps that we're taking at Wet Walls & Ceilings to ensure our team is safe and healthy.

Customer Support/Sales:

Our Customer Support and Sales teams are working at a reduced level with a number working remotely for several days of the week. Order Fulfillment:

We will continue to deliver Wet Walls & Ceilings products to all our customers' doorsteps and offer FREE Click & Collect from our Hillington store, but are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team and our customers is met according to our Government's health guidelines.

We will monitor the situation closely and keep you constantly updated of any changes.

Our Couriers are also facing the fallout from the pandemic with a reduced work force and an increase in products being despatched, so from time to time our deliveries may be delayed an extra day or two.

We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding as we navigate through these times.
