For orders within Mainland Scotland, England & Wales, we use our own dedicated drivers along with utilising national courier company TNT. While orders dispatched to Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Northern Ireland is dispatched using TNT.

We deliver to England & Wales addresses on a Monday to Wednesday at this time. The current cut off time for deliveries on a Monday to Wednesday is Saturday at 5pm. Orders placed after this time will either be dispatched by TNT or delivered the following week by our drivers.

FREE Click & Collect Service. We provide a free click & collect service from our Hillington showroom. Wait until you receive a Ready for Collection email before arriving at the store for pick-up.

Hassle-free Returns. To return your order, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are damaged during transit or are faulty, in which case we will look to send replacements if reported within the 24 hour notice period.

You can return your unopened packs to us within 100 days of purchase. Package Deals must be returned in full as no part-return will be accepted.
