We Will Refund Any Unwanted Panels Up To 100 Days After You  Receiveing Them.

This Offer Only applies To Online Orders 

Please Email Us With The Order Refrenece & The Items You Want To Return.

The Panels Will Need To Be Unopened & In A Resellable Condition.

Please Use The Packaging That They Arrived In Or Something Similar So They Are Not Damaged On The Return Jorney. 

You Can Arrange Your Own Transport For The Returned Items Or We Can Collect Them For You & Take The Cost Of The Transport From Your Refund.

Once The Goods Have Arrived At Our Warehouse We Will Email You Confirmation & Process Your Refund.

Damaged Goods 

Once Your Order Has Arrived Please Check For Any Signs of Damage. 

If There Are Some Damages Please Emails Us As Soon As Possible & Send Us Photographs.Showing Clearly The Damage.

We Have 24 Hours After Your Order Has been Delivered To You To Let TNT Know Of Any Damages.

Once We receive Your Email We Will Replace Your Damaged Items As Soon We Can.

Our Parcels Are Collected Daily ( Monday - Friday ) Between 2.30 & 4pm.

Please Hold Off Booking Your Fitters Until The Items Have Been Checked.

Most Of Our Products Are Very Large & TNT Deliver 90% Of Them To Your Door. However Some Orders Do Require A Large Pallet To Safely Deliver Your Panels. In This Instance We Can Only Deliver As Close To Your Property As Possible.
