Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We will refund any unwanted panels up to 100 days after you receive them. The panels must be unopened and in a resellable condition. Use the packaging that the panels arrived in or something similar so that they are not damaged on the return journey. If the returning panels arrive back to our depot damaged [without prior notification] then, unfortunately, we will not issue a refund. Check out our Returns Policy for more information.

How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, for example, if you have ordered the wrong item, then please contact us immediately via phone 0141 882 8275 or by emailing us at
and quoting your order reference number.
If your order has already been dispatched then you can reject delivery of the order and this will be returned to us. However, if you have accepted delivery of the order you have up to 100 days to return the order back to us. All goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Please be aware that unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession, nor are we are responsible for any return costs for unwanted items, you will need to arrange for the shipping yourself and ensure their safe return if you have accepted the delivery.
If you reject the delivery, we will refund the cost of your order but unfortunately, we cannot refund the delivery cost.
Where's my refund?
If we are awaiting the return of products, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and processed your refund. Please be patient. It may take between 3 to 5 working days before your refund shows up in your bank account.

How is my order sent?
We work with a number of couriers including TNT, City Sprint and Bullet Express to deliver our products across the UK. Each order is wrapped to protect it during transit, but sometimes damages do occur - if this is the case please contact us immediately after looking at our Damages page.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, any orders can be collected from our showrooms. However, please be aware that our products are housed in our main showroom at Hillington and we only stock a small range of products in our other stores. Once you have arranged to Collect in Store, we will contact you when your items are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey!

Yes! We are in the process of finalising our online trade accounts, but in the meantime, you can pop into one of our branches and take advantage of our competitive prices for trade customers.

Do you offer a fitting/installation service?
We supply the products only, we do not currently offer a fitting or installation service. We can, however, provide you with a number of tradespeople who you could consider - please note that we do not have any affiliation with these companies and we take no responsibility for work they do.
