It is imperative that when the courier arrives with your order that you check the goods before signing for the delivery.

Currently, TNT does not provide customers with an option for delivery not checked, therefore if the courier refuses to wait until you check your order fully, then mark the consignment as damaged and thoroughly check the products within 24 hours. If you sign order checked when you receive your order and subsequently notice that there are damaged items then you may have to pay for replacement products.

Please do not wait until installation before checking your order.

If you encounter any damages to your order, please get in touch with us asap with your order details and photos of the damaged goods so that we can organise replacements of the same batch.

In-store Sales

Always ensure that your order is in a good and saleable condition before leaving one of our stores.

If you notice any damages after leaving one of our stores, please get in touch with the store you purchased the goods from as soon as you can so that we can organise replacements of the same batch. When collecting the replacements please return the damaged tiles.
