Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Head Office. Hillington Industrial Estate, G52 4PX (Full Time/Permanent)

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer, specialising in Social Media & Content Creation to join our growing eCommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our brand's social media strategy and help build our presence across multiple online platforms - including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok.

  • Creating and uploading written, photo, and video content for our digital marketing channels
  • Lead day-to-day running of copy tasks and projects
  • Proofread and produce on-brand copy to inform and engage our customers
  • Maintain consistency and quality output throughout your work
  • Researching keywords and work closely with our SEO-lead
  • Develop and maintain close and productive working relationships with the Ecommerce team
  • Create video content to showcase our products
  • Create content for our website blogs to engage and inform our customers about our products and what we have in stock
  • Create and maintain pages and content using our CMS systems - including Shopify and Prestashop
  • Implementing content into email campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Implement SEO, keyword and content changes following consultation with our SEO executive
  • Plan and priorities workload according to business critical projects
  • Identify and highlight improvements to systems and processes on a continual basis
  • Work closely with our sales team to generate content to support existing customers both B2C and B2B
  • Develop regular campaigns for prospects and existing customers
  • Approach and manage influencer marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook etc
  • Plan and oversee brand’s social media activity on Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and others
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web Analytics tools


  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge and application of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts
  • Strong IT capability
  • Strong communication skills and good written English
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
  • Creative Content Writing experience
  • Experience with Paid Social ads
  • Experience within retail/distribution business
  • A degree in marketing or related field, preferable but not essential
  • Minimum two years experience within a marketing role
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Comfortable working individually, but also with colleagues, helping to deliver cross-channel marketing activities
  • Experience working with Shopify, CMS, and Email Marketing systems
  • B2C Brand Experience
  • Photoshop Experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
